Welcome Exhibitors

By exhibiting at the Early Childhood Education, exhibitors will have access to more than 1,000 early learning professionals, parents and community members from across Pennsylvania. Exhibitors may also attend workshops and gain insight into the needs of their target markets.

Set-Up

Exhibitors have 2 times available to set up their booth

  • 6:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday, October 20th
  • 6:00 – 8:00 AM Monday, October 21st

Exhibit Hours

Exhibitors are asked to staff their tables at minimum from

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday, October 21st
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday, October 22nd

Other

Please note:  Attendee registration opens each morning at 7:00 AM.  Exhibitors who wish to take advantage of the traffic generated by registration are welcome to staff their tables between 7:00 & 8:00 AM each day.


Security will be provided each night.
