By exhibiting at the Early Childhood Education, exhibitors will have access to more than 1,000 early learning professionals, parents and community members from across Pennsylvania. Exhibitors may also attend workshops and gain insight into the needs of their target markets.

Once exhibitors register, we will work with them to create the best virtual exhibitor experience to ensure adequate interaction with attendees
Virtual booth can have a description of their services, contact info, a prerecorded video provided by exhibitor that can be uploaded for attendees to view ahead of time
While the Virtual Exhibit Hall will be active throughout the Summit. There will be blocks of time within the Summit schedule where Exhibits will be "live".
We invite our exhibitors to advertise in the Summit conference book and/or to becomes a Summit sponsor.

Exhibitors will receive an instruction packet prior to the event. We will also be scheduling a webinar to cover all aspects of the virtual exhibit hall sometime in August or early September. In the meantime, questions about your booth should be directed to Laura Michael at email@example.com.

Summit organizers are seeking small, independent craftspeople and businesses with products that would interest early education professionals to participate in our Summit Market Place. All Marketplace vendors must have liability insurance.
The Summit Marketplace is open from Monday, October 18 -- Wednesday, October 20, 2021. The cost for the Market Place virtual space is $50 and we ask each Vendor to donate 1 item as a door prize.
