Pennsylvania Child Care Association
PACCA is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating and advocating for the provision of quality early care and education to the children of Pennsylvania. PACCA serves as the advocacy organization for the child care community.
BACKGROUND
The Early Childhood Education Summit was founded in 2008 through a collaboration between the Pennsylvania Child Care Association, the Pennsylvania Head Start Association, and the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning. The Summit is a cross-systems professional development opportunity for early learning professionals across Pennsylvania. The Summit has provided educators, parents and staff at all levels and from various programs (Child Care, Early Intervention, Head Start/Early Head Start, Home Visiting, Pre-K Counts, and School Districts) with the opportunity to network and connect as a community.
