EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION IS EXTENDED UNTIL 9/19/2025
The Summit sponsors know that the FY 25-26 Pennsylvania State Budget Impasse is creating enormous challenges and stresses for many in the Early Learning Community. We also know that the Budget Impasse will be resolved – eventually. As a result, we are offering the following solutions to help people attend Summit this year:
1) We are extending the Early Bird Registration rates through SEPTEMBER 10, 2025.
2) Attendees may register and indicate that they will pay by check. We will require a $50 dollar deposit per person paid by SEPTEMBER 19, 2025. The balance of fees will be due 30 days after the budget is signed.
- Deposits will be forfeited for any cancellations received AFTER SEPTEMBER 19, 2025.
- No cancellation refunds will be issued after SEPTEMBER 19, 2025. Programs/individuals will be billed for any and all registration fees. However, programs may substitute attendees without penalty. There is a $25 cancellation fee per person.
The 2025 Early Childhood Education Summit will be held at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center, 215 Innovation Blvd, State College, PA 16803.
- Choose from 60 plus workshop sessions for administrators and teachers.
- Two Keynote sessions
- Earn PQAS and/or Act 48 Credit.
- Visit with 50 exhibitor offering resources and materials for early learning programs.
- Network with your peers in-person or through our Summit app.
Registration for Summit includes daily continental breakfast, daily mid morning & afternoon breaks, lunch on Monday and beverages through-out the day.
Two Types of Registration
You can once again register as an individual or you can register multiple individuals (up to 10 people at a time) from an organization; just make sure that you have the name, job title and unique email address for anyone that you are registering.
Member Discounts
If you are a PACCA or PHSA member, make sure you have your membership number available to ensure that you receive your member discount! Please give your staff your membership number. They will need it during check-out, otherwise the system will charge them the non-member fee. Not a PACCA member? Join PACCA today and receive the member discount for each staff member you register. Attendees can pay online by credit card and check.
Do You Need PQAS Credit?
Attendees who want DHS (PQAS) credits will need to know their PD Registry number. If you have received PQAS credits in the past, log into the Registry at www.pakeys.org and you will find your Registry ID number in your profile information.Never received PQAS credits before and you need a Registry number? Visit http://www.pakeys.org/get-professional-development/professional-development/ to sign up as a new user.
Do you need Act 48 Credit?
If you need Act 48 Credits for teacher certification make sure you know your PPID number! Select Act 48 credit and enter your PPID when your register. There is a $25 fee.
