Things to Know About 2023 Registration



REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!



Workshop Selection

Registrants can choose their workshops at the time of registration. Nearly all sessions will be recorded. Those sessions that will not be recorded are noted in the workshop descriptions.


Recorded sessions will be available for viewing through June 30, 2024. Act 48 and PQAS credit will be available for individuals with paid registrations who view and complete an evaluation for each of the reviewed recordings. Registrations cannot be shared, but can be transferred if the individual registered does not attend "LIVE" Summit. Credit including Act 48 and PQAS credit will only be awarded to the registrant of record. To transfer registration contact info@earlychildhoodsummit.org.


Two Types of Registration

You can once again register as an individual or you can register multiple individuals (up to 10 people at a time) from an organization; just make sure that you have the name, job title and unique email address for anyone that you are registering.

Member Discounts

If you are a PACCA or PHSA member, make sure you have your membership number available to ensure that you receive your member discount! Please give your staff your membership number. They will need it during check-out, otherwise the system will charge them the non-member fee. Click here if you are interested in more information about joining PACCA.

Payment Types

Attendees can pay online by credit card and check. In consideration on the budget impasse on the issuance of Pre-K Counts contracts, Pre-K Counts grantees may use PAYBYCHECK in the discount code and we will bill you once grants are released.


Do You Need PQAS Credit?

Attendees who want DHS (PQAS) credits will need to know their PD Registry number. If you‘ve received PQAS credits in the past, log into the Registry at www.pakeys.org and you‘ll find your Registry ID number in your profile information.Never received PQAS credits before and you need a Registry number? Visit http://www.pakeys.org/get-professional-development/professional-development/ to sign up as a new user.

Act 48 Credit is Available

If you do need Act 48 Credits for teacher certification make sure you know your PPID number! Select Act 48 credit and enter your PPID when your register. 

ADDITIONAL FEES:

  • Cancellations MUST be made in writing and emailed to info@earlychildhoodsummit.org. There is a $25 cancellation fee. Registration Fees are non-refundable after 10/6/23. Registrations are transferable.
  • There is a returned check fee of $35.
